Returns and Exchanges
Sunstate Technology Group, LLC accepts returns on elegible hardware products. Eligible item(s) must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date. Returned items must be unopened, unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Opened items that are otherwise in as new condition can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date but are subject to a 20% restocking fee. In the event you have received defective or damaged goods, Sunstate Technology Group, LLC will refund original shipping charges as well as the amount spent on the merchandise. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Software and software licenses are non-returnable. Sunstate Technology Group, LLC carries a no-refund policy on all software and software licenses (this includes all 3CX phone system, 3CX MDM, and 3CX module licenses).

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

Warranty
All hardware is covered by the original manufacturer warranty. Please visit their site for details.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 to 10 business days. Due to billing cycles, the refund may not appear on the same credit card statement as the original charge.
